Prepare a Project Plan that will ensure the successful implementation and evolution of the selected PLM - PDM Solution. This Project Plan details the use of internal and external resources for tasks such as environmental preparation, product installation, product customization, training, application and system integration, and solution support. This Project Plan complies with the Strategic Goals, the TO BE product process, and the Cost Justification model put in place and agreed to by your management and the selected PDM Vendor.
